We are not a financial institution or A Subsidiary Of any Company or Institution.
We Serve as a Local Depositor/withdrawal To FiGfx as well as Local Exchanger.
We Do not Offer Forex Brokerages Services Such as Quoting of Prices Giving
Margins Leverages Verifications Etc.
We offer our services to only Nigerians resident in Nigeria.
Our Business with You (as a Clients) End Once your FiGfx account Is Funded.
We do Not Have any Access, Right, or Share to Your account Or your Investment with FiGFx Brokers.
For security reasons, we do not accept or make cash payments in our office. All transactions are made through our bank accounts listed on our Bank Information page.

We Allowed internet transfer as a means of Bank payment.
You are responsible for supplying your correct FiGfx Trading Account number, In the event that your fund is sent to a wrong account because you supplied a wrong account number, we will not be liable for any losses incurred.

We are not Liable for any Wrong Account Transfer in any Form.
We are not Liable for any loss or Profit you make During Your Trading with FiGfx.

You are to bound with all the FiGfx Trading Rules/Services
You will not use our services for money laundering activities.
You Will not Use our Services for Fund management/ Money Investment Of any Form.

You Are do All your Withdrawal and Funding Request by Yourself.
Any Information of FiGfx Brokerage Services or any Online E-currency
Company you see on our Site is Strictly Given without any Guarantee,
Assurance and have nothing to do with Our Services.

We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.

We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody.
All transactions are concluded within Our working hours only.
Specify clearly the depositor's name While sending the payment notification to us otherwise your order will be unnecessarily delay.

We Do Not Allowed Third Party Payment in our Service i.e The Depositors
Name Must Be the same with the A/c Owner Name
In the case you are making a withdrawal to us. We pay into your bank account the equivalent amount we receive in our account.

The reduction or increment in the amount paid into your bank account might be due to the fluctuations in the price of E-Currency

We are not liable for all those condition.

In other to Make Profit From The Services we render to you, We may Not Fund/Pay you The exact Amount of Bureau de change market.or Local Exchange Market

We pay you the exact amount we receive in our account. Please note this, you are the one to bear the fluctuation in the weight of the E-currency and the receiving fund fee at a particular time you make a withdrawal or deposit to us.

FiGfx Account funding is final. You can not request a refund of your Money once you have made a payment to our Bank Account or when your FiGfx account has been funded.
Bank Account funding is final. You can not request a refund of your money once your Bank account has been funded otherwise you will need to place a withdrawal/deposit order to the company again.

We reserve the right to change the price of any of our Funding/withdrawal Transactions by posting the information on our website. Note that a mail may not be sent to a customer for any changes in the price.

Any Transaction that is up to $2,000 (Two Thousand Dollars) Especially Withdrawal May take More than 24 working hours to be process. please allow us for more than 24 working Hours to Do This.

You agree that you must have a fully verified FiGfx Live account before making any purchase of liberty reserve from our services. you also agree that any LR transaction that is Above $200 you must send us a High quality of your National ID card or Drivers License or International passport. and a true High Quality of your Bank statement or PHCN bill with your name and
actual address not older than three months . before we can process your request.We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
